Trainer Praises Shahid Kapoor For His Hard Work

If you appreciate Shahid Kapoor’s body then you should also know that it has been achieved through a lot of keenness and tough work.

His trainer, Abbas Ali, had said that Shahid worked out 5 times each week for at least one hour.

Three days, he does strength training and the other 2 days have metabolic conditioning and functional conditioning.

He said that Shahid also jogs for seven kilometers every week.

He also added that Shahid cannot live without his daily training session. Even if he is shooting or traveling, he makes sure he finds time to work out. Shahid’s chiseled body was first seen in Kaminey and it had everyone gasping.
