Actor Sunny Deol has recently been through lot of injuries, especially at his back.
The doctors have advised him not to lift any sort of weight in the gym but to think to do something else to keep fit. As a result he has opted for table tennis now and skipping weight lifting as much as he can. He goes to gym daily and does all the regular work out except heavy weight lifting. After the gym he has regularly started playing a couple of session of table tennis and is really feeling a lot healthier now doing so. As heard from sources, the actor is also going to begin playing volleyball soon.
